Transmitter A broadcasts to Receiver A. You would then link Receiver A to either another iCast Transmitter or to a UAT (Universal AudioCast Transmitter) and then that will broadcast signal another distance to your destination receiver (OutCast, OutCast Jr., SpeakerCast, or iCast receiver).
Keep in mind Soundcast's range is only inhibited by metal (studs in a building, larger appliances, rebar etc) and/or water (we operate at 2.4GHz which is resonant frequency of water where Microwave ovens work. Humans and swimming pools and spa's absorb the signal energy, get it?) You should get an average 200 -350 feet in clear space and a minimum of 150 feet in home applications. Both of these products ICR112 and UAT250US are available on web site or from a dealer in your area. |
