SOUNDCAST SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping and Delivery
Soundcast uses United Parcel Service (UPS) exclusively as our shipper. Soundcast offers you three different shipping options, they are:

  • UPS Ground (standard)
  • UPS Second Day Air (express)
  • UPS Next Day Air (express)

Orders placed on SoundcastSystem.com for in-stock products are typically processed and shipped within one business day.

Delivery Time
Please note that the number of days quoted for standard (ground) and express (second and next day) shipping refers to in transit time only. Additional time (typically one business day) is required for processing in-stock orders. Refer to the chart below for estimated delivery times.

Standard shipping
Standard shipping for orders placed on Soundcast is by ground, and available for orders shipping to addresses in the continental United States (orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be sent by express shipping). Most standard shipments are delivered in four to six days from the date the order ships (applies to in-stock items; subject to carrier delay; excludes order processing time).

Express shipping
Express shipping is available for Soundcast orders shipping to addresses in the United States. Express shipments are delivered one or two business days after the date the order ships (applies to in-stock items; subject to carrier delay; excludes order processing time). The number of days depends on whether you chose UPS Second or Next Day shipping.

Shipping Cost
Shipping charges are based on the shipping method you choose (either ground or expedited) and the size of your product order. When you make a purchase on SoundcastSystems.com, the shipping charge is estimated in your cart, and will appear on the Payment Options page of the checkout process.

Shipping to an APO/FPO addresses
Soundcast does not ship directly to APO/FPO addresses. Since we cannot track packages after their arrival at APO/FPO drop-off points, we are reluctant to make shipments that may be misdirected or lost.

Shipping to a Post Office (P.O.) box number
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. When you place your order, you will need to provide a physical location (street address and apartment number, if applicable) where we can ship your product.

Shipped outside the United States
Orders placed on SoundcastSystems.com can only be shipped to addresses within the United States. If you would like to place an order for shipment to another country, please visit the International Customers page.

Order confirmation by email
You will receive an order Confirmation immediately after placing your order at the Soundcast site.

You will also receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is shipped. You will receive the shipping confirmation 24 to 48 hours after your order is placed. The shipping confirmation email will contain a shipping tracking number that you can use to check the delivery status of your order.

Signing for a package
Soundcast works exclusively with United Parcel Service (UPS) to be sure products are delivered safely.

In some cases, a signature is required before a package can be left at your location. The delivery driver decides if a signature is needed, based on location, weather conditions and other factors. If you receive a notice stating delivery was attempted while you were out, please follow its instructions regarding an alternate delivery date or package pick-up.

Soundcast packaging
Soundcast products are boxed twice and then shipped. Each product is shipped in an outer plain brown box for security reasons. Inside the brown box is your Soundcast product in its distinctive protective packaging.
